T&C:

  • The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
  • The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. It must be redeemed within this period; any unused balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.
  • The voucher is transferable and can be used by anyone as long as it is within the validity period.
  • If the recipient or bearer of the voucher fails to show up for the booked experience or cancels within less than 48 hours' notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no rebooking or refund will be issued.
  • Bookings are subject to weather conditions and may be cancelled or rescheduled for safety reasons. In the event of a cancellation due to weather, the recipient will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost within the validity period.
  • SENSASIA reserves the right to update treatment prices without prior notice. Any price difference must be settled at the time of your appointment. Please note, some treatments may not be available at all locations.
