Know before you go:
AGE INCLUSION
The Spa and Fitness Centre is for the enjoyment of those 16 years old and above. We welcome guests aged 12 to 15 years old between 9am to 2pm daily to enjoy select spa treatments or to use the fitness centre if accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18+.
Children under 12 are not permitted into the fitness centre.

ARRIVAL
In order to give you adequate time to fill in the wellbeing questionnaire and relax, we recommend to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your treatment. Late arrival will affect the duration of your scheduled appointment.

RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATION
If you wish to reschedule or cancel your reservation, please be advised that 4 hours advanced notice is required. No-show or last minute cancellations within 4 hours of appointment time will incur a 50% charge.
