Know before you go:

• Experience is available from 10 am to 5 pm. The meeting and checkpoint are in The Dubai Marina Mall at the XDubai Line booth on level P.
• Your friends and family will get the best view of your ride from Marina Promenade or the Dubai Marina Mall ground floor terrace.
• Only XDubai Line riders are allowed onto the shuttle and take off the platform.
• Small lockers are available only to store small items.
• You need to present a valid booking confirmation and photo ID upon arrival. 

Limitations:
You must be 12 to 70 years old (riders under 18 need a legal guardian present on the appointment date)
You must be at least 130cm tall
You must weigh 45-100kg
You must be in good medical condition
You are not managing any conditions or injuries that require immediate medical attention
You do not have any serious physical or mental health issues that could affect your enjoyment
You have not recently consumed alcohol, drugs, or medications that might impair your judgement

What to bring
Modest comfortable clothing and closed shoes. Sportswear is highly recommended. Safety gear will be provided

T&C:

• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
  
• The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. It must be redeemed within this period; any unused balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.
  
• The voucher is transferable and can be used by anyone as long as it is within the validity period.
  
• If the recipient or bearer of the voucher fails to show up for the booked experience or cancels within less than 48 hours' notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no rebooking or refund will be issued.
  
• Bookings are subject to weather conditions and may be cancelled or rescheduled for safety reasons. In the event of a cancellation due to weather, the recipient will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost within the validity period.
