What to expect:
Combining Swedish and aromatherapy massage styles with Reiki energy healing, your therapist works the major muscle groups while channelling positive energy flow to restore balance. You select which AWAKEN massage oil works for your immediate needs, as well as your preferred level of pressure in line with your element of choice.
Know before you go:
AGE INCLUSION
The Spa and Fitness Centre is for the enjoyment of those 16 years old and above. We welcome guests aged 12 to 15 years old between 9am to 2pm daily to enjoy select spa treatments or to use the fitness centre if accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18+.
Children under 12 are not permitted into the fitness centre.
ARRIVAL
In order to give you adequate time to fill in the wellbeing questionnaire and relax, we recommend to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your treatment. Late arrival will affect the duration of your scheduled appointment.

Transfer from your place / hotel to Awaken spa
T&C:
- The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
- The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. It must be redeemed within this period; any unused balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.
- The voucher is transferable and can be used by anyone as long as it is within the validity period.
- If the recipient or bearer of the voucher fails to show up for the booked experience or cancels within less than 48 hours' notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no rebooking or refund will be issued.
- Bookings are subject to weather conditions and may be cancelled or rescheduled for safety reasons. In the event of a cancellation due to weather, the recipient will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost within the validity period.
