Know before you go:

• Facilities are separated for male and female, outdoor pool is mixed area.
• Voucher cannot be redeemed during public holidays, Easter, Christmas, New Year's and other blackout dates determined by Sofitel Dubai The Palm. 

T&C:

• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
  
• The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. It must be redeemed within this period; any unused balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.
  
• The voucher is transferable and can be used by anyone as long as it is within the validity period.
  
• If the recipient or bearer of the voucher fails to show up for the booked experience or cancels within less than 48 hours' notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no rebooking or refund will be issued.
  
• Bookings are subject to weather conditions and may be cancelled or rescheduled for safety reasons. In the event of a cancellation due to weather, the recipient will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost within the validity period.
