How to Activate Your Voucher:

• Guests are required to have the electronic version of the voucher on their phone.

• It must be shown for confirmation during pickup or upon entry.

Important Information:

• Pregnant women or guests with back pain are not recommended to participate in dune bashing activities.

• When booking with a transfer, please note that pickup will be arranged only from Dubai hotels or residences, NOT from the airport.

• Pickup from areas other than Dubai hotels/residences is available upon request with an additional fee.

• Group transfers are available from Deira, Bur Dubai, and Sheikh Zayed Road up to the Marina.

• Group transfer times may be adjusted by 30–60 minutes depending on traffic conditions and your location.

• Guests are not allowed to go out to the dunes at night. However, access to the dunes at sunrise is permitted.

• Bringing your own alcohol and personal snacks is not allowed.

• To ensure a peaceful environment, loud music is prohibited after 1:00 AM.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour start time: no charge.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time: 100% of the tour price will be charged.

• If a refund is due, the amount will be returned to you within 7 business days.

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years old are considered infants and are served free of charge.

• Children aged 3 to 10 years old are considered children, and the child rate applies.

• Children over 10 years old are considered adults, and the adult rate applies.
