• Children must remain under the supervision of an adult at all times.

• Shared transfers are available only from central Dubai locations: Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, and Marina.

• Eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during transfer are strictly prohibited.

• No refunds for unused or partially used services.

• Outside food and drinks may not be permitted on the premises.

• The management is not responsible for any losses, injuries, or damages incurred during the visit.

• The event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry in case of non-compliance with rules and regulations.

• For booking tickets with specific time slots and transfers: If the transfer is delayed, consider using alternative transportation to arrive on time and avoid a no-show. Refund requests due to transfer issues can be submitted later.
