• Please arrive at the departure point 30 minutes before the sailing time.

• Group transfers are provided only from hotels and apartments located in central Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Marina).

• Guests are offered a delightful buffet dinner featuring a mix of local and international cuisine.

• Transfer times may be adjusted by 30–60 minutes depending on traffic conditions and your location.

• On "dry days" (alcohol prohibition periods), entertainment may be restricted, and alcohol will not be served in accordance with UAE government regulations.

• Eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour with transfer services are strictly prohibited.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour start time: no charge.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time: 100% of the tour price will be charged.

• If a refund is due, the amount will be returned to you within 7 business days.

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years old are considered infants and are served free of charge.

• Children aged 3 to 10 years old are considered children, and the child rate applies.

• Guests over 10 years old are considered adults, and the adult rate applies.
