How to Activate Your Voucher:

• Guests are required to have the electronic version of the voucher on their phone.

• It must be shown to the driver for confirmation at pickup.

Important Information:

• Infants are not permitted to participate in dune bashing and must remain under a guardian's supervision at all times.

• Pregnant women or individuals suffering from back pain are not recommended to participate in this tour.

• Group transfers are provided only from hotels and apartments located in central Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Marina).

• If your location is far from the group transfer pickup points, our operations team will contact you to coordinate.

• No refunds for partially used services.

• Don't forget to bring your cameras to capture the picturesque views of the desert in the morning.

• Large luggage is not allowed during any activity.

• Eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour with transfer services are strictly prohibited.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour start time: no charge.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time: 100% of the tour price will be charged.

• If a refund is due, the amount will be returned to you within 7 business days.

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years old are considered infants and are served free of charge.

• Children aged 3 to 10 years old are considered children, and the child rate applies.

• Guests over 10 years old are considered adults, and the adult rate applies.
