The Big Bus is a double-decker bus with an air-conditioned lower deck and an open-top upper deck. As the bus takes you around the city, you can listen to pre-recorded commentary about the landmarks you pass. This commentary is available in 12 languages, including English, Arabic, Italian, Spanish, Russian, German, and others.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour start time: no charge.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time: 100% of the tour price will be charged.

• If a refund is due, the amount will be returned to you within 7 business days.

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years old travel for free if they do not occupy a separate seat, except for fare-paying passengers.

• Children aged 3 to 11 years old are considered children, and the child rate applies.

• Children over 11 years old are considered adults, and the adult rate applies.
