Know before you go:

• A private car is required if travelling with children below 5 yrs old.
• A private car is required if travelling with pregnant women on their last trimester.
• The camel ride is not suitable for children below 5 and for pregnant women for safety reasons.
• The approximate pickup time is between 5:00-6:00AM depending on the sunrise. The exact time is communicated on the day before the experience.

T&C:

• Non-Refundable: The gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
• Validity: This gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. It must be redeemed within this period; any unused balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.
• Cancellations and No-Shows: If the recipient or bearer of the gift card fails to show up for the booked safari or cancels within less than 24 hours' notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no rebooking or refund will be issued.
• Restrictions: This gift card cannot be used for any special promotions, discounts, or combined with other offers.
• Weather and Safety Conditions: Bookings are subject to weather conditions and may be cancelled or rescheduled for safety reasons. In the event of a cancellation due to weather, the recipient will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost within the validity period.
• No Extensions: No extensions will be granted after the one-year validity period has expired.
• Company Rights: Platinum Heritage reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If prices change for a new season, existing gift cards may still be honoured, but any price difference must be paid at the time of booking.
