How to Activate Your Voucher:

• Guests are required to have the electronic version of the voucher on their phone.

• It must be shown to the driver for confirmation at pickup.

Important Information:

• Transfers are provided from hotels and apartments located in central Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Marina, and other nearby locations).

• For private transfers, pickup from areas outside the central Dubai hotels/residences may be available upon request for an additional fee.

• Please dress modestly, as the tour includes a visit to the Grand Mosque.

• Transfer times may vary by 30–60 minutes depending on traffic conditions and your location.

• All personal expenses for lunch, shopping, drinks, etc. during the tour are to be paid by guests.

• During Ramadan, eating, drinking, and smoking in public places during daylight hours are prohibited.

• Eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour with transfer services are strictly prohibited.

• For group transfers, tour timing may vary by 15–20 minutes depending on traffic conditions.

• For BAPS Mandir: Visitors must present an original government-issued ID, such as an Emirates ID or passport. Otherwise, entry will be denied.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour start time: no charge.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time: 100% of the tour price will be charged.

• If a refund is due, the amount will be returned to you within 7 business days.

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years old AND shorter than 1.4 meters are considered infants and are served free of charge.

• Children aged 3 to 10 years old are considered children, and the child rate applies.

• Children over 10 years old are considered adults, and the adult rate applies.
