• Transfers are provided only from hotels and apartments located in central Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Marina, and other nearby locations).

• Men and women must observe a modest dress code when visiting culturally significant landmarks (knees and shoulders must be covered).

• On certain days and weekends, some attractions may be closed for visits. In such cases, we are not held responsible, and no compensation will be provided.

• Summer clothing is generally suitable for most of the year in the UAE, but sweaters and jackets may be needed during the winter season, especially in the evenings.

• Please do not bring heavy luggage during this tour.

• Avoid photographing people without their permission, especially in more conservative areas.

• Eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour with transfer services are strictly prohibited.

• Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the tour start time: no charge.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour start time: 100% of the tour price will be charged.

• If a refund is due, the amount will be returned to your account within 7 business days.

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years old are considered infants and are served free of charge.

• Children aged 3 to 10 years old are considered children, and the child rate applies.

• Guests over 10 years old are considered adults, and the adult rate applies.
