Timing & Duration

Shared transfer:

• Pickup around 1:30 – 2:00 PM

• Approximate duration: 6 hours

Private transfer:

• Pickup around 2:00 PM

• Approximate duration: 6 hours

How to Activate Your Safari Voucher:

Guests are advised to have an electronic copy of the voucher on their phone. It must be shown to the driver for confirmation at pickup.

Important Information

• Transfers are available from hotels and residences in central Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road).

• Please note that children under 16 are not permitted to smoke shisha or ride dune buggies.

• Infants are NOT allowed to participate in dune bashing and must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.

• This tour is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with back problems.

• No refunds for partially used services.

• Heavy luggage is not allowed during this active program.

• Butler service is provided for tables with a maximum of 6 guests.

• Eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any transfer service are strictly prohibited.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation:

• Free cancellation if made at least 24 hours before the tour start time.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time will be charged 100% of the tour price.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.

Child Policy:

• Under 3 years old = infant (free entry)

• Ages 3 to 10 years = child (child rate applies)

• Ages 10 and above = adult (adult rate applies)
