Itinerary:

• Get picked up from Dubai (hotel or private residence) between 3 AM and 5 AM by a dedicated Conservation Guide in a private Land Rover Defender 130. Pick-up times vary according to sunrise, and your exact pickup time will be shared with you the evening before your experience.
• Arrive at your dedicated take-off site, where you're welcomed with Arabic coffee and dates.
• Feel the thrill as your balloon gets filled with air and fire, slowly taking shape in front of you, and get ready to jump on board.
• Enjoy the stunning scenery of the desert below you as you share the air with only your loved ones, the pilot and the storyteller.
• Experience the captivating stories of the land as our in-flight storyteller shares cultural tales of the desert.
• Fly alongside the world's fastest animal as you witness an in-flight falcon show.
• As the only hot air balloon operator with permission to operate in the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve, take in stunning views of the desert below as the pilot gets closer to the desert floor than most others.
• After landing, embark on a short drive to a Royal Desert Retreat, which can exclusively be accessed by Hero Balloon Flights.
• Indulge in a spectacular breakfast menu crafted by a Michelin-starred chef inspired by the elements of air, earth, fire, and water. Savour this meal at a tranquil desert oasis and experience serenity in a private cabana.
• Take a short camel ride around the desert oasis.
• Return to Dubai, your experience lasts approximately 5 hours.

Know before you go:

• Pick-up and drop-off from and to Dubai is included and will be in a private, air-conditioned vehicle.
• As the desert can get quite warm, we suggest bringing a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen and cool, comfortable clothes. For hot air balloon experiences in the winter, we recommend bringing something warm to wear, especially before sunrise.
• Bookings need to be made before 5 PM the previous day when booking online. For short-term bookings, don't hesitate to get in touch with our reservations team.
• Bathroom facilities are available at the breakfast oasis.
• Our vehicles can accommodate a maximum of six guests.
• This experience is weather-dependent. The Pilots reserve the right to cancel a flight due to unsuitable weather; should this happen, an alternate experience date will be suggested, or a full refund will be given.

T&C

• The experience is not suitable for children below 7 yrs and for pregnant women.
• The approximate pickup time is between 3:30-5:00AM depending on the sunrise. The exact time
• is communicated on the day before the experience.
• As per regulation of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, each guest must provide their
• passport number, nationality, date of birth, email and phone number prior to booking.
• Non-Refundable: The gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
• Validity: This gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. It must be redeemed within this period; any unused balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.
• Transfers: This gift card is transferable and can be used by anyone as long as it is within the validity period.
• Cancellations and No-Shows: If the recipient or bearer of the gift card fails to show up for the booked flight or cancels within less than 24 hours' notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no rebooking or refund will be issued.
• Restrictions: This gift card cannot be used for any special promotions, discounts, or combined with other offers.
• Weather and Safety Conditions: Bookings are subject to weather conditions and may be cancelled or rescheduled for safety reasons. In the event of a cancellation due to weather, the recipient will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost within the validity period.
• Company Rights: Hero Balloon Flights Dubai reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If prices change for a new season, existing gift cards may still be honoured, but any price difference must be paid at the time of booking.
