Important Information:

• Prior approval is required for all guests to enter Dibba-Musandam.

• Our team will collect your passport and visa data to process the permit.

• Processing time: 3 business days (for UAE residents), 24 hours (for tourists).

• Guests must carry their original passport (valid for at least 6 months) and Emirates ID (valid for at least 3 months).

• Bring your swimwear and fishing gear.

• Luggage is not allowed during activities.

• Activities such as banana boat rides and sea fishing are subject to weather conditions.

• Tour timing may change due to weather or sea conditions.

• Without transfer: Arrive at the departure point at least 30 minutes before sailing.

• Group transfer times may vary by 30–60 minutes due to traffic.

• Transfers are provided according to the selected option; group transfers are available from Deira, Bur Dubai, and Sheikh Zayed Road up to the Marina.

• Eating, drinking, and smoking in vehicles during transfer are strictly prohibited.

• Each guest must pay a border fee of 31 AED at the Oman border.

• No refunds for partially used services or in case of no-show (100% no-show penalty).

• The tour is subject to availability (may be canceled due to weather or other reasons).

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years old are considered infants and are served free of charge.

• Children aged 3 to 10 years old are considered children, and the child rate applies.

• Guests over 10 years old are considered adults, and the adult rate applies.
