Gently glide under the region's first sensory waterfall bridge and prepare to be enchanted. You have the option to disembark to attend Dubai's number one show – La Perle, or simply return to Festival Bay, where you will see the world's largest water screen projection – IMAGINE.

How to Activate Your Voucher:

• Guests are required to have the electronic version of the voucher on their phone or a printed copy. It must be shown for confirmation before boarding.

Important Information:

• Please arrive at the departure point 30 minutes before departure time.

• Pickup will be arranged only from your hotel/residence in Dubai, not from the airport.

• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the visit.

• On "dry days" (alcohol prohibition periods), entertainment may be restricted, and alcohol will not be served in accordance with UAE government regulations.

• If guests do not arrive at the specified time, it will be considered a no-show, and rescheduling or refunds will not be provided.

• Outside food and drinks may be prohibited.

• Free parking is available at Dubai Festival City Mall.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour start time: no charge.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time: 100% of the tour price will be charged.

• If a refund is due, the amount will be returned to you within 7 business days.

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years old are considered infants and are served free of charge.

• Children aged 3 to 10 years old are considered children, and the child rate applies.

• Children over 10 years old are considered adults, and the adult rate applies.
