• Special note: Al Ain National Heritage, Al Ain Fort, and the Archaeological Park will be closed on Mondays and Fridays.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the tour start time: no charge.

• Cancellations made within 12 hours of the tour start time: 100% of the tour price will be charged.

• If a refund is due, the amount will be returned to your account within 7 business days.

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years old are considered infants and are served free of charge.

• Children aged 3 to 10 years old are considered children, and the child rate applies.

• Children over 10 years old are considered adults, and the adult rate applies.
