Important Update from Qasr Al Watan:

Please note that Qasr Al Watan will be closed on November 16 and 17 due to a state event being held at the palace. The palace will reopen to visitors on Tuesday, November 18.

How to Activate Your Voucher:

• Guests are required to have the electronic version of the voucher on their phone.

• It must be shown to the driver for confirmation at pickup.

Important Information:

• For private transfers, pickup from areas outside the central Dubai hotels/residences may be available upon request for an additional fee.

• Transfers are provided only from hotels and apartments located in central Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Marina, and other nearby locations).

• Please dress modestly, as the tour includes a visit to the Grand Mosque.

• For group transfers, pickup and drop-off times may vary by 15–20 minutes.

• All personal expenses for lunch, shopping, drinks, meals, etc. during the tour are to be paid by the guest.

• During Ramadan, eating, drinking, and smoking in public places during daylight hours are restricted.

• Avoid photographing people without their permission, especially in more conservative areas.

• Eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour with transfer services are strictly prohibited.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

• In the event of tour or ticket cancellation after booking, 100% of the price will be charged.

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years old are considered infants and are served free of charge.

• Children aged 3 to 10 years old are considered children, and the child rate applies.

• Guests over 10 years old are considered adults, and the adult rate applies.
